General Conditions of Use
The “General Conditions of Use” set out here determine the rules for using the website, and establish, contractually, the relations between all users of the www.perdigonmania.com and www.perdigonmania.pt website and the PERDIGONMANIA brand.
The "General Conditions of Use" presented here are unique and applicable, unless there is a prior agreement, expressed by the trademark PERDIGONMANIA.
PERDIGONMANIA may, from time to time, modify the provisions of its "General Conditions of Use". When accessing the website www.perdigonmania.com and www.perdigonmania.pt, the customer undertakes to respect the “General Conditions of Sale and Use”.
If the customer finalizes the online purchase, it is considered that he automatically accepts the “General Conditions of Use”.
To register on the website www.perdigonmania.com and www.perdigonmania.pt, you must go to the “Register” option and fill in the data requested on the form. The registration process is quite simple. Only the necessary elements are collected to identify you, contact you and provide an efficient and fast service. The elements of access to the user's account (username and password), from the website www.perdigonmania.com and www.perdigonmania.pt, are the user's responsibility, so that the confidentiality of their data is maintained.
When selecting the “My Account” area, you can consult or change your personal data, consult the orders placed, or change your password. Whatever the legal procedure applicable in case of improper use of the website by the user, PERDIGONMANIA, has the right to cancel the user's registration, and remove all types of content associated with the same account.
The data provided by customers are safeguarded by the confidentiality guaranteed by PERDIGONMANIA and will be treated in a way to avoid their loss or manipulation, and these data cannot be sold and are restricted, serving only to communicate with the Customer regarding their orders.
All customers have the right to access, rectify and cancel their data.
All orders will be registered at www.perdigonmania.com and www.perdigonmania.pt.
The customer will receive, by email, the order confirmation.
The photographs, presented on the website, that illustrate the products do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of PERDIGONMANIA.
The sales prices indicated on the website are in euros.
PERDIGONMANIA reserves the right to change prices at any time, however it will always apply the price indicated on the website when the customer makes the purchase.
The website reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
PERDIGONMANIA is committed to respecting the delivery deadlines of an order, as long as stock is available. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available from stock, PERDIGONMANIA will contact the customer, by e-mail or telephone, within 72 hours from the date of the order, on working days, in order to inquire with the customer the best course of action.
It is PERDIGONMANIA policy to present only products for sale that are in stock, in its warehouses. However, due to technical or circumstantial issues, discrepancies may occur between the quantities presented for sale on the website and the quantities in stock.
PERDIGONMANIA delivers the orders through its carrier hired for this purpose. Each shipment is accompanied by an envelope containing the following documents: invoice and Carrier's Guide. Product deliveries will take place on business days only.
As an indication, without this entailing any link to PERDIGONMANIA and unless the products are unavailable or other causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days, counted from the confirmation of payment.
These deadlines are indicative and will be met, unless physical or structural impediments occur (incorrect addresses, strikes or force majeure setbacks).
If the Customer does not receive the order within the indicated deadlines, an inquiry will be made with the carrier and may take a few days. The Customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to report the failure. During the investigation period, a refund cannot be made, as the loss of the order must be checked and confirmed.
The customer has the right, at the time of receipt of his order, to open the packaging to verify that the product is in accordance with what was ordered and that it does not present any external defects.
If the product is not the one ordered or shows visible defects, PERDIGONMANIA advises the customer to return the same, sending it to PERDIGONMANIA - Rua 6 de outubro Nº75 S/C Dta 3030-161 Coimbra, Portugal. An email should be sent, within 24 hours, indicating the problem to: email@example.com. In the case of deliveries by the carrier in which the packaging has not been checked, the customer will have 24 hours to report the problem to our Customer Service by calling (+351) 911 544 954 or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product the Customer wants to return has external defects and has been accepted by the same, PERDIGONMANIA will be obliged to decline any request for refund or replacement. The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of defects that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.
Upon delivery, proceed as follows:
- Check that the packaging is in perfect condition.
- Open the outer packaging asking the carrier to wait for the check (this is a customer's right).
- Check that the product is in the requested condition and without visible defects.
- If there is an error or defect, delivery must be refused and the error marked on the carrier's guide.
For the Açores and Madeira, deliveries may take up to 15 working days and are only dispatched from Mainland Portugal on Thursday, so the deadline is counted from that day of the week.
The payment methods available are paypal. Purchases made will only be sent after payment confirmation.
Exchanges and returns
Whenever an exchange or return is requested, the Customer will have to send the material he received, undamaged, within fourteen working days of receiving the order. This material must be new, complete and unused, as at the time of receipt of the order, only then the right to return is reserved.
Returned products that are incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.
In case of exchange or return, the return period will depend on the evaluation of the material returned to PERDIGONMANIA. We will do our best to refund it as soon as possible.
In the case of payment by PAYPAL, the refund will be made to the customer's own account.
PERDIGONMANIA does not accept returns in situations where the modalities and times provided for by the competent legislation for the communication of the retraction exercise have not been respected; or if the product is not packaged in the original packaging or not accompanied by all the original content.
Disputes and responsibilities
The Commercial Court of Coimbra will be competent to resolve any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these “General Conditions”.
PERDIGONMANIA is not responsible for delays or breaches of contract due to force majeure or external reasons.
PERDIGONMANIA is not responsible for any indirect damage: loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may result from the purchase of any product presented on the website.
The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the website www.perdigonmania.com and www.perdigonmania.pt, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.
To facilitate accessibility to other content, the website may include links to other sites on the Internet. This does not mean that PERDIGONMANIA supports these sites or recommends these products and services and declines any responsibility for their content. The Customer who accesses an external link must read and accept the conditions of that website before using it.
